Naked Movement & Dance (ALL GENDER)
Class purpose, while simultaneously promoting body awareness, physical fitness and self confidence is to:
- Instruct participants in basic dance elements and foundational understanding
- Learn new movement and develop understanding of individual "Nu Technique"
- Encourage healthy and respectable attitude toward ones own body
- Have fun, get fit and connect with others in a safe, judgement free environment
Classes Include, but not limited to:
- Movement Introduction circle
- 'Elemental Xpression' warm-up
- Cross floor game & exercises
- Call & Response improvisation exercise
- 'Nu Technique' game
- 'Each One Teach One' Cypher session
- And more!

Naked Energy & Meditative Movement (MENS CLASS)
Class purpose, while simultaneously promoting body positivity, body acceptance, and self confidence is to help men:
- Love & appreciate their bodies more
- Develop healthy & respectable attitudes towards others bodies
- Broaden self-awareness and vulnerability with other like-minded men
- Learn to cultivate mind, breath & body connections
- Create & discover beautiful movement together using energy, breath & movements
Focusing on oneself is first and foremost. Now, by being nude, this helps to “shed” layers, literally and metaphorically speaking. The idea of removing our “costumes”, AKA Clothes, further encourages ourselves to truly be honest within, especially within the exercises, in a safe, judgment-free, and instructor-led environment. Classes includes:
